Continuous Quality Improvement using QC Tools
JLT India is a wholly owned subsidiary of Jardine Lloyd Thompson. JLT is one of the world’s largest providers of insurance, reinsurance and employee benefits related advice, brokerage and associated services. The client wanted Team Managers, Process Leaders and Associates to start using the QC tools to identify process deficiencies and areas of improvement. Epiphany Learning created a Blended Learning program that had a mix of self-paced E-Learning modules, an on-line discussion board, classroom workshops and an evaluation assessment. Epiphany Learning also delivered the on-line learning component using its light-weight Learning Management System.
